Author guidelines and editorial policy

Draft for the first edition. The policy describes the planned process. Manuscript submissions will open once the editorial team, contact information and final terms are confirmed.

Scope and publication types

Original studies, systematic and analytical reviews, methodological articles and scientific discussions on human change, behaviour, well-being, education and professional development.

Preparing a manuscript

Prepare a separate title page with authors' names, affiliations, ORCID identifiers, the corresponding author and funding information. The main file for anonymous review must not contain identifying information.

Include a title, a 150–250-word abstract, 4–6 keywords, the main text and references. Empirical articles should include introduction, method, results and discussion with limitations. Reviews should describe sources, searches, selection and analytical methods.

Use consistent APA 7 referencing and provide DOIs as full links when available. Tables and figures need titles, sources and permissions where necessary. Bulgarian manuscripts should also include an English title, abstract and keywords.

Peer review and decisions

The proposed model includes screening for scope and completeness, followed by double-anonymous review by at least two specialists. The editor may accept the text, request minor or major revisions, or reject it. Peer review does not guarantee acceptance.

Authors respond to comments with a description of the changes. A reasoned disagreement may be considered by an editor who was not involved in the original decision.

Authorship and competing interests

Specify each author's contribution. All authors must approve the final text and take responsibility for their contributions. Disclose financial, professional and personal relationships that may affect the assessment of the work.

Work by the founder, editors or members of the research team undergoes independent editorial handling without the author participating in the decision.

Research participants and data

Describe informed consent, participant protection and ethical approval where applicable. Do not publish identifying personal data without an appropriate basis and permission. Include a data availability statement and explain any restrictions.

Originality and earlier versions

A manuscript must not be under consideration by another journal at the same time. Identify related reports, preprints, theses and earlier versions. Publicly deposited versions must be disclosed; their status is assessed during screening. Provide sources and applicable rights for reused material.

Use of artificial intelligence

Disclose substantial use of generative tools in writing or analysis. Authors verify facts, sources and results and remain responsible for the publication. A tool cannot be listed as an author.

Corrections and retractions

Significant errors are assessed by the editorial team. Corrections, expressions of concern or retractions require a public record explaining the grounds and linking to the affected publication. Reports and complaints will be accepted through the official editorial contact once announced.

Access, rights, fees and preservation

Final access, licensing, potential fees and long-term preservation arrangements will be announced before submissions open. A DOI does not replace preservation of the full text. The site currently does not accept payments or manuscripts.

Scientific publications and identifiers

Each publication will have a separate page with authors, abstract, date, version, bibliographic details and access to the full text. ISSNs and DOIs will appear only once assigned. Existing identifiers will be retained and cited.

The preparation was informed by principles of transparency in scholarly publishing and COPE guidelines for peer reviewers. This does not imply membership of, or endorsement by, COPE.
